Terms of use
Freely is operated by the individual who runs it as a personal, non-commercial project. By using it you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and of legal age to view sexually explicit material where you live. The site is not available in some countries and regions.
Creators
- You must verify your age and identity before you publish. We keep your documents privately for as long as your account exists.
- Everyone who appears in your content must be 18 or older, must have agreed to be recorded and must have agreed to it being published here. For anyone other than you, you must upload a signed release and their ID.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us a licence to store and display it on the site for as long as you keep it here.
- You must follow the content policy. We remove content and close accounts that break it, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
Free hosting
Hosting is free during the beta. Creators who joined during the beta (shown as founding creators) keep free hosting for as long as the site operates. We may set fair-use limits on storage and bandwidth to keep the service running; we will give notice before any limit applies to existing content.
Paid access
Creators can mark posts as supporters-only and sell access on their own payment pages. Freely is not a party to those sales: it does not process, hold or refund payments, and it does not set prices. What a creator promises supporters, and any refund, is between the creator and the supporter. Creators who take payment and do not provide what they promised are removed. Report it with "I paid this creator and did not get access".
Access codes are single-use. Supporters-only content follows the same rules as everything else on the site, and is scanned the same way.
Each supporter's copy of supporters-only photos and videos is invisibly marked to their account. Sharing it outside Freely breaks these terms, and a marked copy can be traced back to the account it was given to.
Removal and appeals
When we remove your content or restrict your account we tell you why. You can ask us to look again by emailing reports@freely.fans.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, during a beta. Keep your own copies of your content.
